I'm so excited to share where the next chapter of this journey is unfolding. When I created this brand, I realised it was time to bring all my skills under one banner. My hope is for In_Spire to grow and encompass all my passions: planting trees, holistic events, retreats, and products that are not only good for you but good for the planet - supporting local industry and local ingenuity along the way.

So, why am I still holding space for juice fast detox retreats?

Because every time I do it, I feel better. I feel younger, lighter, more in tune, and more aligned. Quite simply, I feel good! And I believe that if it's good for me, it's good for you. I choose to be the healthier, better version of myself - and these retreats are an affirmation of the work I love.

The Invitation

I invite you to come away to the mountains with me. It is time to awaken our bodies, invigorate our minds, and work our very essences as the hustle and bustle of life falls away.

Sometimes people say we need to awaken our Souls, but I believe our Souls are already awake. It's us who need to be ready for what the Soul has to offer. To do that, we must prepare our bodies and our minds; we must learn to live with our emotions to allow our souls to show us what is true, what is real, and what is ever unchanging.

The Healing Journey

With fasting, we allow this preparation to happen at a tremendous pace. By clearing the system, the gut begins to heal and stabilise. Everything from deep nutrition to hormonal balancing takes place within that quieted space. And, if you follow our “After Fasting Plan,” you'll carry these benefits home in a long-lasting way.

But the healing is never just physical. Again and again, I hear stories of great shifts happening. Again and again, I see the life come back into people’s eyes. It's mesmerising to witness, and it's the greatest work satisfaction I could ever ask for.
