Take a deep breath and feel into this moment. Can you feel the shift in the air? We are literally in the depths of birthing a new way of being and seeing the world. I am excited that the time is finally here.
While all the change that is happening can feel overwhelming, we must hold on to the vision of the New Earth being born.
Many of us have spent lifetimes looping through the same stories and "karmic" lessons. But the frequency of the Earth is changing, and the door is standing wide open for something new. Are you ready to leave your old karmic bonds behind?
Stepping into your highest timeline isn’t about everything becoming perfect overnight; it’s about making a choice to stop living from your history and start living from your destiny.

For me, it's Community. I want to live in Community with Nature, Art, Gardening, and Heartfelt connections. Every retreat is a practice in community building. What comes up during retreat is vital in teaching us how to deal with our lives.

What is your vision? It’s about clearing the space—in our bodies, our minds, and our spirits—to hold the light of a new way of being. So my gift to you today is twofold:
1. The New Earth Vision
What is it YOU want? What would make you feel whole, happy and healthy? Today is the energy for dreaming into what you want the next 15 years of your life to be like.
2. A "Shadow Work" Practice
We need to face what keeps us from creating that vision. You already know what your greatest challenge is—now is the time to face it head-on to integrate instead of just clearing.
The "Mirror to the Shadow" Practice
To step into a "higher timeline," we must acknowledge what anchors us to the old one. Shadow work is about bringing awareness to the parts of you that feel unworthy or afraid.
1. The Trigger Inquiry: Think of a recurring "karmic loop." Ask yourself: “What is the part of me I’m afraid to look at in this situation?”
2. The Sacred Dialogue: Close your eyes and breathe into that feeling. Instead of pushing it away, invite it to sit with you. Ask it: “What are you trying to protect me from?” Often, our shadows are just younger versions of us trying to keep us safe using old, outdated tools.
For me: My mother wound is that my mother has been sick with a progressive lung disease my whole life. What is gave me is the impotus to look at holistic healing. But my pre-verbal experience was there wasn't always enenough energy for me as a baby and toddler. This changed later when we moved away from the wet weather of Cape Town. However the pre-verbal experience is often where our work lies.
3. The Integration Affirmation: Say: "I see you. I thank you for trying to protect me. I release you from this job now, and I welcome you back into the light of my wholeness."
"For me, this was about 'service as sacrifice.' My mother wound—watching my mother struggle with lung disease—gave me the impetus to look at holistic healing, but left a pre-verbal experience of lack that I've had to integrate."
Changing habitual responses is hard. Be gentle with yourself. See it when it comes up, keep breathing, and stay aware. These things take time.
